GSSSBની સત્તાવાર વેબસાઇટ https://ojas.gujarat.gov.in/: https://ojas.gujarat.gov.in/ ની મુલાકાત લો. હોમપેજ પર “મેનુ” વિભાગમાંથી “કોલ લેટર / પસંદગી” પર ક્લિક કરો. “પ્રારંભિક પરીક્ષા કૉલ લેટર” પર ક્લિક કરો. “વન વિભાગ હેઠળ વનરક્ષક ભરતી” પસંદ કરો. તમારો પુષ્ટિકરણ નંબર (Confirmation Number) અને જન્મ તારીખ (Birth Date) દાખલ કરો. “પ્રિન્ટ કૉલ લેટર” પર ક્લિક કરો. તમારા કોલ લેટરનો પ્રિન્ટ આઉટ લો.

મહત્વપૂર્ણ સૂચનાઓ:
કોલ લેટર ડાઉનલોડ કરવા માટે ઉમેદવારોએ પોતાનો પુષ્ટિકરણ નંબર (Confirmation Number) અને જન્મ તારીખ (Birth Date) યાદ રાખવી જરૂરી છે. કોલ લેટરની પ્રિન્ટ કૉપી પરીક્ષાના કેન્દ્રમાં લઈ જવાની ફરજિયાત છે. ઉમેદવારોએ પરીક્ષાના કેન્દ્રમાં ઓછામાં ઓછા 30 મિનિટ પહેલા પહોંચી જવું જોઈએ. ઉમેદવારોએ પરીક્ષાના કેન્દ્રમાં માન્ય ફોટો ઓળખનો પુરાવો (જેમ કે આધાર કાર્ડ, ડ્રાઇવિંગ લાઇસન્સ) લઈ જવાનો રહેશે. ઉમેદવારોએ પરીક્ષાના કેન્દ્રમાં કોઈપણ પ્રકારનું ઇલેક્ટ્રોનિક ઉપકરણ (જેમ કે મોબાઇલ ફોન, કેલ્ક્યુલેટર) લઈ જવાની મંજૂરી નથી.
